    Constructionh is finished now (April 2011). Ardager complex is actually two buildings 1) Residentail building, 18 floors high and 3 different entrances, children's playground at the back of building 2) Shopping mall with Ramstore supermarket, a Kazakh restaurant and several smaller shops (jewellery, shoe maker, TV Shop, optician, bank, a fast food restaurant, clothes, glasses, bedding, Beautimania, etc.)
